Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 8th September 2020 at 8pm.

In common with other organisations during the pandemic we propose to hold the meeting by video conference on Zoom. Link to be provided.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting – download here
2. Reports from committee members and the financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2010. The financial statements are currently being audited and will be posted on the noticeboard in the club lobby or can be emailed ahead of the meeting by request.
3. Election of officers and committee members for the coming year.
