- The tournament will run from Monday 13th April - Finals Day on Saturday 18th July
- Presentations on finals day on the 18th.
- Play by dates will be announced after confirmation of each draw.
- Consolation draws depending on size of draws.
- Where possible, the Bar will be open
- Orders of Play will be published on the website and on noticeboards.
- Each round must be completed by the deadline.
- Balls to be provided by yourselves.
- Format: 2 full sets to 6 with a match tiebreak to 10. Quarter final onwards, 3 full sets.
- Winners report scores to Ivor.

Other Info
All singles events will be seeded according to WTN numbers. Doubles will also be seeded but according to past results and known form. Events will be run on TTP (Tennis Tournament Planner).
Entries will and can be made either online or on the clubhouse notice board which will be updated on a regular basis. Players who wish to compete in doubles events will be encouraged to make a partner wanted entry. The organisers will then try to pair up players of similar ability. Entries will close on Monday 6th April so that scheduling can be done and published on the weekend of 11th/12th April.
