Mixed Ability Squash is an inclusive programme developed by England Squash in partnership with International Mixed Ability Sports. It’s all about breaking down barriers and bringing people together on court – regardless of ability! This is your chance to enjoy the game, get active, and be part of a welcoming squash community.

We’re thrilled to offer free Mixed Ability Squash sessions at Sutton Tennis & Squash Club! These sessions are a great way to get on court, have fun, and be part of an inclusive squash community. No equipment? No problem – we’ve got everything you need. Plus, after the session, you can relax and enjoy refreshments in the clubhouse.
