AT SUTTON TENNIS & SQUASH CLUB
Sutton Tennis & Squash Club is available to hire for children’s birthday parties. We have two packages available for you.
Tennis birthday parties are on the tennis courts with a coach, with loads of fun and exciting games. All games have ‘no outs’ – so everyone is always involved! We also provide all of the equipment and each child receives a tennis themed party bag, so your guests only need to bring themselves!
Tennis parties are available on Saturdays from 3pm* and run from after the Easter holidays up until the October half term.

We have a large clubhouse with a stage, conservatory, inside areas, with plenty of seating which is perfect for children’s parties

1 hour of tennis with an LTA coach
2 hours hire of clubhouse
Minimum 12 children and maximum 25
Equipment provided
Tennis party bag included for each child
Parents welcome in the clubhouse
£20 per child + cost of food
Package 2 - Clubhouse
Available all year round
3 hours hire of clubhouse
Food available
Maximum 30 children
Parents welcome in the clubhouse
Cost: £200 + cost of food

The clubhouse is big enough to fit in most birthday parties, we would recommend maximum 30 children
For a tennis birthday party we recommend no more than 25 children.
Yes - we'll be happy to set those up for you, but please bring your own table decorations, e.g. table covers.
Yes, but we ask that you clear away again afterwards.
48 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled within 48 hours, full payment will be required.
We will try to go ahead with tennis parties in most weather conditions, we recommend that children are dressed appropriately for the weather.
In the event of bad weather, whereby it is dangerous to go ahead, you are able to choose from the following:
- Use the clubhouse for your party at a flat rate of £200, plus the cost of food.
- Move your party to another Saturday, subject to availability.
You can make this decision up to 24 hours before the start of your party.
