Box leagues are a great way for junior club members to play matches against other juniors roughly their age.
Our box leagues are split into two categories: 18&U and 14&U and run throughout the year.
Matches are organised and played and times that suit each player, and all results are published to the LTA.
To enter, download Scala Sports, on the App Store or on Google Play, search for Sutton Tennis & Squash Club, register and enter the league.
You’ll then be placed in a suitable league and receive further instructions.
A perfect competition for players who are completely new to competitive tennis!
Team challenges are played by age group (Red, Orange, Green & Yellow), and are played in a Davis Cup style format. Meaning that players can team up with their friends and play against other teams of the same age.
We run Team Challenges regularly in our junior coaching programme, during match week, as well as running separate Team Challenge events for the ages.
Have you ever wanted to team up with your child and play doubles against other families? Well the family cup does just that!
Organised by age group (10&U on a mini red court and 11-17 on a full size court), this fun and social competition is the best way to have fun playing tennis with your child!
We stage an annual Road to Wimbledon competition for our junior members. By entering the competition, it gives players the opportunity to qualify and compete on the grass courts at Wimbledon.
14&U boys and girls who are rated from 7.1 – 10.2 or unrated can enter this tournament.
For the players who would like to take their tennis more seriously and start competing in local and regional tournaments that count towards their LTA rating.
We host a handful of matchplay events throughout the year for the different age groups, however, use the LTA’s find a competition tool to find local events
