Disability Tennis
Sessions are for adults & juniors of ALL abilities, and are delivered by an LTA accredited coach with specific disability tennis training. You can expect to:
- Learn and play tennis
- Use specific sensory equipment
- Get active
- Be social & have fun!
Who can take part?
We welcome those who have:
- Learning disability / special education needs (e.g. Autism spectrum disorders / ADHD / Down’s syndrome…)
- Hearing impairments
- Visual impairments
- Physical disability’s (e.g. Amputation, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, muscular distrophy, multiple sclerosis (MS)…)
- Parent / carer / support staff participation welcome!
When
- Junior Disability Session | Tuesdays 5pm – 6pm | 5 – 17 years old
- Families Disability Session | Saturdays 3pm – 4pm | All ages + play with your family!
- Adults Disability Session | Fridays 12pm – 1pm | 18+
Cost
Members: Free
Non-members: First session free, ÂŁ5 per session thereafter

Sessions are for those experiencing a mental health problem. Â We welcome adults & juniors of ALL abilities. Â Sessions are delivered by an LTA accredited coach with specific training. Â You can expect to:

Walking Tennis
Walking tennis is an adapted form of tennis which is more inclusive, easier to learn, and great fun! Â
- 2nd bounce allowed
- Softer balls
- Doubles
- No running / jumping
- An opportunity to get active but at your own pace!
- Be social & meet new people
Suitable for:
- Those recovering from long term injuries
- Those with long term health conditions
- Postnatal mothers
- Complete beginners
- Retired / 55+

Mixed Ability Squash
Everyone’s welcome
Our Mixed Ability Squash sessions are open to all ages and all abilities and are led by a qualified squash coach with specialist disability squash training. Whether you’re brand new to the game or have played before, you’ll have the chance to:
- Learn and play squash
- Use a variety of adapted equipment
- Get active and stay moving
- Be social and, most importantly, have fun!
Who Can Take Part?
We welcome anyone who wants to get involved, including individuals with:
